We are looking for a customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to handle customer vehicle damage/repair requirements and coordinate with the bodyshop team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and understand vehicle damage and repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates and job cards.
- Coordinate with technicians, insurance teams, and other departments.
- Explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Follow up on repair progress and keep customers updated.
- Coordinate insurance claims and related documentation.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow company and manufacturer standards for bodyshop operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Plus Two / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in an automobile bodyshop or service department preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of vehicle body repair and insurance procedures will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
