We are looking for a
Key Account Executive – Quick Commerce
to drive growth for Borosil on the rapidly expanding quick-commerce channel, with
Blinkit as the primary focus
.

The role will own day-to-day account execution and work closely with internal teams and the platform to accelerate sales, improve availability, strengthen assortment, and maximize visibility.

Key Responsibilities

•
Drive sales growth on Blinkit
by identifying opportunities across assortment, availability, pricing, promotions, and visibility.

• Manage the
day-to-day Blinkit account
, including coordination with category/account teams and resolution of operational issues.

• Track key business metrics including
sales, growth, SKU performance, availability, fill rates, inventory, pricing, promotions, and returns
.

• Identify
assortment gaps and high-potential SKUs
and work towards improving listings and distribution across relevant locations.

• Plan and execute
promotional campaigns, platform events, new launches, and visibility initiatives
to accelerate growth.





• Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply chain teams to minimize
stock-outs and lost sales opportunities
.

• Conduct regular
competition and category analysis
, including pricing, assortment, promotions, visibility, and recent launches.

• Prepare periodic
business reviews and performance dashboards
, translating data into actionable growth opportunities.

• Work cross-functionally with
Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and E-commerce teams
to ensure seamless execution.

• Support expansion and growth across other
quick-commerce platforms
as the channel scales.

What We’re Looking For

•
2–4 years of experience
in Key Account Management, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Modern Trade, or a related sales role.

• Prior experience working with
Blinkit and/or other quick-commerce platforms
such as Zepto or Swiggy Instamart will be strongly preferred.

• Strong commercial orientation with the ability to
identify and execute sales-gro
