- Job Title: Vendor & Product Executive – IT E-Commerce

Updated Role Focus

The candidate will primarily manage IT product vendors based in Dubai/UAE. Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with Dubai/UAE vendors through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Collecting and verifying the latest vendor prices and stock availability.
- Maintaining vendor contact details and product pricing records.
- Following up with vendors for pending quotations, stock confirmations, and price updates.
- Checking vendor availability whenever a customer order is received.
- Coordinating with the procurement and sales teams to arrange products.
- Comparing multiple UAE vendors for the best price, availability, and delivery.
- Maintaining Google Sheets for vendor, product, price, and stock information.




- Updating product prices and availability on WooCommerce/KNH.ae.
- Monitoring price changes and calculating the impact on product margins.
- Immediately flagging products that are out of stock or have insufficient margins.
- Maintaining Last Price Check and Last Stock Check records.
- Supporting the dropshipping/order-based procurement process from vendor confirmation → purchase → customer delivery.
- Preparing a daily vendor/product update report for management.
- Building professional and long-term relationships with UAE IT suppliers.

Important Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is strong in vendor communication and follow-up, highly organized, comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, and capable of working independently.

Experience with UAE IT trading, laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, refurbished IT products, or e-commerce procurement will be highly preferred.
