Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of spa services.
- Lead and motivate a team of therapists, trainers, and support staff to achieve goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
- Robust knowledge of spa operations, including massage, acupuncture, and wellness therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
