Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, you will lead and support full life-cycle implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support of Oracle HCM Cloud. Youll work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and enable seamless HR processes using modules like Compensation, Time & Labor (OTL), and Absence Management.

What Were Looking For:

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Fusion HCM Cloud,



specifically in Time & Labour (OTL), Absence Management. The role involves end-to-end implementation, BAU support, requirement analysis, configuration, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
- Minimum 3 years of functional experience in OTL and Absence Management.
- Hands-on experience in configuring annual and mid-year compensation cycles (23 cycles).
- Manage customer communication and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in Global Implementation, Upgrades, or Support projects.

Functional Competencies
- Strong functional expertise in OTL and Absence including configurations,setups, and fast formulas.

Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in Fast Formulas, HCM data model, and data flows.
- Experience with UDTs,Lookups, and dynamic columns in worksheets.
