Role Description
The Senior Human Resource Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Jamuria, responsible for leading core HR functions and supporting a growing manufacturing workforce. This position oversees end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning,



ensuring staffing needs are met in line with operational and strategic goals. The role manages employee relations, performance management cycles, and grievance handling, promoting a positive, fair, and compliant work environment. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR policies and procedures, monitoring attendance and payroll inputs, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance. The Senior Human Resource Officer collaborates closely with plant leadership and group HR to drive engagement, retention, and continuous improvement in HR practices.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
