Sales Executive – Jewellery Showroom

About the Role

Chungath Jewellery is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a professional approach, and experience working in a target-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewellery based on their requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and exchange schemes to customers
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation standards
- Support billing, stock handling,



and other day-to-day showroom activities
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional customer experience

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in a jewellery showroom is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-service and sales skills
- Professional and presentable approach
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
