Growth & Business Development Associate Founder's Office

We are looking for a smart, energetic and highly execution-oriented individual to work directly with the co-founders of Ema & Emilio on sales, growth and other key business initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to how a young consumer brand is built and scaled. The role will involve a combination of business development, data analysis, e-commerce, market research and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with both co-founders to execute online and offline sales and growth initiatives.
- Research and identify potential offline sales channels including retail chains, specialty stores and other relevant retailers.
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers including event management companies, gifting companies, corporate gifting partners and other institutional buyers.
- Build and maintain a structured database and pipeline of potential customers and partners.
- Coordinate meetings, proposals,



samples and follow-ups with prospective customers and help drive opportunities towards closure.
- Track sales across channels and SKUs and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Analyse online advertising and marketplace performance and highlight trends, opportunities and areas requiring attention.
- Track customer reviews and feedback and identify actionable insights for sales, marketing and product development.
- Conduct competitor, pricing, product and market research.
- Track timelines, milestones and deliverables across key projects and follow up with internal teams, agencies, vendors and external partners.
- Assist the founders in evaluating and executing new growth opportunities and business initiatives.
