Reliability Engineering & Analysis
- Monitor key metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, Availability, and Equipment Uptime.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring failures and chronic breakdowns.
- Analyze equipment logs, performance history, and IOT-based data for early warning signals.
- Track and analyze oil sampling reports, temperature trends, vibration, and sensor data.
2. Maintenance Quality & OEM Practices
- Ensure adherence to OEM maintenance schedules and service protocols.
- Audit field jobs, maintenance tasks, and PM schedules for quality assurance.
- Develop and implement Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) and SOPs.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as an escalation point for complex breakdowns and performance issues.
- Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to service engineers and technicians.
- Liaise with OEMs, vendors, and internal engineering teams for issue resolution.

Process Improvement & Reliability Initiatives
- Implement condition-based and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Drive Kaizen, FMEA, 5 Why, and other continuous improvement tools.
- Lead campaigns to eliminate repetitive faults and reliability risks.
5. Mentoring & Training
- Train service teams on reliability concepts, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct toolbox talks, learning sessions, and case study reviews.
- Develop technical skill matrices and improvement plans.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain failure analysis reports, action trackers, and learning logs.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reliability performance reports.
- Track warranty claims, component life cycles, and reliability improvement outcomes.
