We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Franchise Expansion to lead and drive the company’s franchise expansion strategy across India.
Requirements
- 12–20 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong experience in Franchise Development, Franchise Acquisition, Franchise Expansion or Business Development.
- Proven experience in acquiring and onboarding franchise/business partners.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in managing multi-city/PAN-India expansion will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and business development skills.
- Experience in franchise-led industries such as Education, Training, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Healthcare, Fitness or similar sectors will be an advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
