Position Overview

The Marketing & Student Recruitment Executive will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, lead generation, student recruitment, and enrolment growth for FIIS International Foundation and International Year One (IYO) Programmes. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building solid relationships with schools and educational consultants, engaging prospective students and parents, and converting qualified leads into enrolled students.This position requires a highly motivated and proactive professional who can effectively combine strategic planning with on-ground execution. The successful candidate will serve as an ambassador of FIIS and its international pathway programmes, helping students discover affordable and globally recognised routes to higher education.

Strategic Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly student recruitment plans. Identify target student segments and markets. Design and execute recruitment campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and market trends.



Recommend improvements to recruitment and brand positioning strategies. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise marketing efforts.

Student Recruitment & Lead Generation
- Generate and nurture prospective student enquiries. Conduct student engagement and awareness activities. Build referral channels through schools, coaching centres, and networks. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students. Support achievement of enrolment targets.

School Outreach & Institutional Partnerships
- Visit schools and educational institutions regularly. Meet principals, counsellors, and academic coordinators. Conduct career guidance sessions and pathway awareness programmes. Establish long-term institutional partnerships. Develop recurring recruitment channels through schools.

Educational Consultant Management
- Identify and onboard consultant partners. Conduct programme training sessions. Provide marketing
