We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos and other creative formats.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, hashtags, and audience behavior.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns when required.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports covering reach, engagement, followers, leads, conversions, and other KPIs.




- Continuously test new content formats and strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Positive understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand social media analytics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
