We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Event Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage B2B marketing events that support brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have robust event management and marketing skills, excellent stakeholder coordination abilities, and a passion for creating impactful experiences for prospects, customers, partners, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute B2B events, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, roundtables, customer events, and partner events.
- Manage the complete event lifecycle from planning and budgeting through execution and post-event analysis.
- Develop event concepts, themes, agendas, timelines, and project plans aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with venues, event agencies, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics including registrations, invitations, branding, signage, booth setup, AV, catering, and attendee experience.




- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Event Marketing & Promotion
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive event awareness, registrations, and attendance.
- Coordinate email marketing, social media, digital campaigns, website promotions, partner communications, and other promotional activities.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop event collateral, presentations, invitations, landing pages, and promotional assets.
- Identify opportunities to increase event reach, engagement, and qualified lead generation.

Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Partner with sales and business development teams to establish event objectives, target audiences, and lead-generation goals.
- Develop strategies to attract high-quality prospects and target accounts to events.
