- Manage complete store operations at the project site.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of construction materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, bin cards, and ERP entries.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate material indents to avoid shortages.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper preservation, stacking, and identification of materials.
- Supervise store assistants, store keepers, and other store personnel.
- Coordinate with procurement, project planning, execution, and accounts departments for material management.
- Verify delivery challans, invoices, gate entries, and material documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory procedures related to store operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, NWAY, or similar inventory software).
