Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sampling and chemical analysis of water samples.

To maintain the water samples inwards records.

To ensure and do the proper labeling of water samples as per SOP.

To carry out the chemical and instrumental analysis of all in-process and intermediates as per the pre-approved specifications & STP’s.

To ensure and maintain all the analysis details are entered inward registers or work books from time to time.

To ensure and do the calibration of analytical instruments like, pH meter, KF meter, and analytical balance as per the procedure defined.

To attend the cGLP training & Internal training [SOPs, cGMP and Instrument Operational safety] classes without fail.

To ensure and maintain good Housekeeping in & around Quality Control area.

Follow the Valuable Laboratory Practices.

In absence of any other chemist in Quality Control, Manager-Quality Control shall assign responsibilities to the authorized deputy as per requirement.

To maintain good Housekeeping in & around the Quality Control area.

To co-ordinate with production persons during the shift.

To document the analytical work and log books after completion of analysis.
