Role Description
The Planning Director is a full time, remote role responsible for driving strategic and operational planning across PInterview’s products and services. This role oversees the development and execution of short- and long-term plans for platform growth, user engagement, and market expansion. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitive analyses,



identifying new opportunities and user segments, and aligning planning initiatives with the company’s mission and business goals. The Planning Director collaborates with product, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize initiatives, define key performance indicators, and monitor outcomes. The role also involves refining processes, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications
