Summary of Open Position

A agile and strategic role responsible for driving Orders, Sales, Margin growth, product innovation, and market expansion across India.

This role requires coordination with cross-functional teams, formulating and executing business strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Specific Duties
- Define Product Roadmap: Develop a clear and detailed product roadmap that aligns with the companys business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Regularly research market trends, competitor products, and industry shifts to develop the product strategy.
- Understand Customer Needs: Gather customer feedback through surveys, regular meetings, and other means to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Feature Prioritization: Identify, prioritize, and manage product features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with the product strategy.
- Collaborate on Product Design:



Work closely with factory designers in India and Japan to ensure that product design aligns with user expectations and enhances the customer experience.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that effectively promote the product.
- Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Orders, Sales, Margins, customer retention, and other metrics that measure the success of the TMEIC Motor business.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather ongoing feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement and ensure long-term success.
- Maintain Product Documentation: Create and update product requirement documents, user guides, and other relevant materials.
- Report on Product Performance: Prepare regular reports on product performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings.
