About the Role

Kallarackal Groups is looking for a
creative, confident, and energetic Content Creator
who has strong
video presentation and on-camera communication skills
.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in videos, presenting products naturally, creating engaging short-form content, and representing the Kallarackal brand across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Content Creation
- Create engaging
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and product videos
.
- Present products confidently and creatively in front of the camera.
- Develop video concepts, hooks, scripts, and storylines.
- Create content for
Kallarackal Ladies Collection, KLCS, and other Kallarackal brands
.
- Shoot content inside stores as well as for campaigns, promotions, and special occasions.

2. Video Presentation
- Act as an
on-camera presenter/brand representative
for Kallarackal.




- Explain products, offers, collections, and promotions in an engaging manner.
- Maintain good body language, facial expressions, voice modulation, and presentation style.
- Be comfortable speaking naturally without depending heavily on scripts.
- Present products in a way that encourages customers to visit the store or make a purchase.

3. Content Planning
- Participate in monthly content planning and brainstorming.
- Identify trending formats, sounds, hooks, and social media trends.
- Suggest new content ideas based on customer interests and competitor activity.
- Maintain a consistent flow of content across social media platforms.

4. Product & Store Content
- Create videos showcasing new arrivals, best sellers, offers, collections, and seasonal products.
- Understand product features sufficiently to explain them accurately.
- Coordinate with store teams to identify products that need promotional focus.
