Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Legal Leadership Develop and execute the Legal strategy aligned with Bren's business objectives and long-termgrowth plans. Serve as the principal legal advisor to the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team onstrategic, commercial and regulatory matters. Establish legal policies, governance frameworks and operating standards that support businessgrowth while protecting the organization's interests. Anticipate changes in the legal and regulatory landscape and provide strategic guidance to thebusiness. Foster a proactive Legal function that enables informed decision-making, minimizes legalexposure and creates long-term business value.

2. Business Partnership & Commercial Enablement Partner with business leaders to provide practical, commercially sound legal solutions thatsupport strategic and operational decision-making. Advise on land acquisitions, project development, commercial transactions, businesspartnerships and other strategic initiatives from a legal and risk perspective.



Structure and support complex commercial arrangements while balancing business objectiveswith legal, contractual and regulatory requirements. Enable recent business opportunities by identifying legal risks early and recommending practicalmitigation strategies. Support negotiations on strategic transactions to achieve commercially favourable and legallycompliant outcomes.

3. Legal Operations Lead the organization's legal operations by providing oversight of Litigation, Land AcquisitionLegal, contract management, legal documentation and external legal counsel. Ensure timely, consistent and high-quality legal support across all business functions. Oversee litigation strategy, dispute resolution and arbitration to protect the organization's legaland commercial interests. Oversee legal due diligence, title verification and transaction documentation supporting landacquisition and project development. Establish effective contract governance and legal docume
