Role & responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish Instagram Reels, short videos, and other social media content.
- Create content around IMAST's products, services, workplace culture, achievements, campaigns, and events.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, visual identity, and content quality across all platforms.

Trend Research & Ideation
- Research trending Reels, audio, formats, hashtags, and content styles relevant to the brand.
- Develop fresh, original, and creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends.
- Identify and convert emerging trends into relevant, on-brand content opportunities.

Content Planning & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on campaign planning, content calendars, and shoot schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams/departments to gather content, information, and approvals as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns end-to-end.

Platform Management




- Manage day-to-day posting and content scheduling across Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Ensure timely publishing in line with the content calendar and campaign timelines.
- Respond to/monitor comments and engagement where required, in coordination with the team.

Performance Monitoring
- Monitor social media performance (reach, engagement, views, follower growth) using platform insights.
- Share basic performance reports and insights with the team to guide future content decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.

What We're Looking For
- 01 year of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a related field; relevant internship experience is also acceptable.
- Strong creativity and ability to generate fresh, original content ideas.
- Positive understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
