Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Present Aura’s AI Solutions, Website Development, Digital Solutions, and other Technology Services to prospective clients.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and service/product demonstrations.
Prepare and share quotations and proposals with clients.
Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with leads.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with existing and potential clients.
Maintain and regularly update lead and client information in Google Sheets/CRM.
Maintain the sales pipeline and provide daily/weekly sales updates to management.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the company.
Coordinate with the Technical and Operations teams based on client requirements.
