Responsibilities: Welcome and coordinate patients Manage calls, appointments & WhatsApp enquiries Handle basic billing and front-desk operations Follow up with patients and leads through CRM Coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists Maintain excellent patient experience
Requirements: Good communication in English, Hindi & Marathi Pleasant personality and qualified appearance Basic computer/CRM skills Prior healthcare/reception experience preferred
