Job Description
We are looking for an
International Sales & Client Success Manager
to manage inbound sales and build strong relationships with international clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with
international customers
, preferably in IT, Software, SaaS, ERP or B2B solutions. The candidate should have robust communication and sales skills along with a practical understanding of
digital marketing, lead generation and online advertising
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads from international markets.
- Communicate with prospects through email, phone and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and conduct product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with Product, Implementation and Support teams.
- Maintain accurate sales and client information in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and improve lead conversion.
- Support digital lead-generation activities.
- Monitor lead quality and provide feedback on campaigns.
- Work with internal teams/agencies to improve lead generation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, SaaS/Software Sales or Client Success.
- Experience handling international clients is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Experience with B2B software/SaaS/ERP products will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Basic to practical understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO and lead generation.
- Comfortable working with international time zones.
- Self-driven, customer-focused and target-oriented.
