- Responsible for tie-ups with communities for health talks/ camps or events as part of CSR activities
- Sourcing of communities by various means like internet research, references and through personal knowledge

Meeting the community heads personally for explaining and planning of events at their location
- Conducting society activities for promotion of various hospital specialties
- Arrangements of staff, doctor, nurse, drivers and other attendants for the camps
- Organizing camps as per the needs of the society camp location
- Accommodation and lodging of doctors and other staff
- Setting up camp location two days prior and making all the necessary branding products available at centre like banners, leaflets etc
- Attending all local and out-station camps
- Noting down all details of patients/people visiting at the camp and handing over to the concerned person for database compilation
- Dispatching materials required for other OPDs as per schedules
- Coordinating with other unit camps as and when required
