Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, calls, and online leads. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle models and variants. Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, exchange, and other offers. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery. Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs. Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/DMS. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers. Participate in showroom activities, customer events,



and promotional campaigns. Eligibility: Graduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales/customer relationship management preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and CRM/DMS experience preferred. Valid Four-Wheeler Driving Licence required. Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹12,429.42 - ₹36,512.93 per month
