Role : Sales Executive – Tours & Travels

Responsible for promoting and selling tour packages, accommodation, transportation, and customized travel services. The role involves generating new leads, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, closing sales, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

· Identify and prospect new clients in the travel and tourism sector through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

· Promote and sell the company’s travel products, including tour packages, flights, accommodations, and transport services.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Respond to client inquiries, understand their travel needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

· Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively and profitably.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products to offer informed advice to clients.

· Meet or exceed monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and services.
. Follow up with potential leads to close deals and ensure satisfaction.

· Attend sales meetings and industry events to build brand awareness and grow the client base.

· Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market conditions to the management team.

Eligibility

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the tours and travel industry.

· In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, packages, travel regulations, and market trends.

· Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
