Job Title: Relationship Officer Housing Loan / LAP
Location: Maharashtra, Bengaluru & Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month + incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Officer to handle sales of Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, handling documentation, and achieving monthly sales targets through direct/field sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and source customers for Housing Loan and LAP products.
- Conduct field visits and develop business through market sourcing and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Collect and verify customer and property-related documents.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure proper compliance with company policies and processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan or Secured Loan sales.
- Direct Sales / DST and field sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and basic credit processes.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.

- Credit Card Sales.
- Unsecured Loan Sales.
- Telecalling/Telesales-only experience.
- Collections/Recovery-only experience.
- Freshers.
