Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, metrics-driven, and visionary Vice President Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end talent strategy to support hyper-growth, high-volume operational hiring (RCM specialists, callers, medical coders), and niche leadership hiring.

You will lead a high-performing TA team, build robust employer branding across the Tri-City region, optimize recruitment technology, and work closely with global executive leadership to align workforce

planning with business expansion.

Span of KRA:

Strategic Leadership & Workforce Planning
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with Executive Leadership and US Delivery Heads to project manpower requirements, building proactive talent pipelines for volume and specialized roles.
- High-Volume & Niche Hiring: Oversee bulk/volume hiring for RCM operations (AR callers, Medical Coders, Payment Posters) while driving executive and leadership hiring across tech, analytics, and operational domains.




- Talent Strategy & Analytics: Design and execute data-driven TA strategies; track and optimize key metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Early Attrition, and Quality of Hire.

Employer Branding & Campus Relations
- Employer Value Proposition (EVP): Position client as an employer of choice in the IT/ITeS/Healthcare BPO space across the Tri-City region (Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula) and Jaipur, PAN-India, Philippines and the USA.
- Campus & Academy Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with universities, medical coding institutes, and training academies to build a steady pipeline of fresh talent.
- Vendor & Channel Management: Direct vendor strategy, including recruitment agencies, executive search firms, job boards, and employee referral programs.

Operational Excellence & Technology
- TA Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment workflows,
