Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow & SnapLogic Developer
with
5–7 years of IT experience
to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-level integrations between ServiceNow and various business applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in
ServiceNow development, SnapLogic integration, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and cloud-based integration solutions
. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable integrations, enhancing ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize
ServiceNow modules
, including ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Design, develop, and maintain
SnapLogic pipelines
for enterprise application integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party/business applications using
REST and SOAP APIs
.
- Configure and customize
Flow Designer,



Integration Hub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow components
.
- Develop and maintain reusable integration solutions using
JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SQL
.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize ServiceNow and SnapLogic integrations for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and other technical teams in an
Agile setting
.
- Participate in production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow development standards, version control, CI/CD practices, and enterprise integration best practices.
