Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites and attend elevator breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Carry out regular elevator service and maintenance.
- Replace faulty spare parts when required.
- Prepare service and breakdown reports.
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of elevators.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in elevator/lift installation, maintenance, or service preferred.
- Good knowledge of elevator breakdown troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Willing to travel to customer sites for service and inspection.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
