Role Description:
The Senior Technology Architect is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home.



This role is responsible for designing end-to-end technology architectures that support NC Global’s consulting offerings, including scalable platforms for analytics, sales enablement, workforce management, and client delivery. The Senior Technology Architect will lead solution design, evaluate technology alternatives, define integration patterns, and ensure architectural alignment with business and security requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with consulting teams, guiding software development efforts, reviewing technical designs, and creating architecture documentation and standards. The role also involves mentoring technical talent, working with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, and supporting implementation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions.
