Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate clinical research activities, including protocol development and study execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, sponsors, and other partners.
- Conduct site monitoring visits and provide guidance on study conduct and data management.
- Analyze and interpret data from studies, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting study findings and recommendations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.




- Proven experience in clinical research roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility and expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to clinical research.
