Role Description
As a Sales Associate at Centre Point Hospitality, you will work full time in office at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. You will actively identify and pursue corporate, leisure, and event sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and respond to inquiries about rooms, banquet halls, and dining services. Your responsibilities will include preparing proposals, coordinating site visits, following up on leads, and supporting contract negotiations in line with company policies.



You will collaborate closely with the front office, banqueting, and food and beverage teams to ensure a smooth guest experience, meet revenue targets, and support promotional campaigns. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, reporting performance metrics, and participating in local networking and marketing activities.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Basic proficiency in using office software and hotel reservation or CRM systems; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Service-oriented mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with operational and administrative teams
