Role Description:

The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their power quality needs and proposing suitable technical solutions and product configurations. The Sales Engineer will prepare and deliver technical presentations, support site assessments, assist in testing and report review,



and collaborate with engineering teams on panel design and commissioning requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, responding to technical and commercial inquiries, providing post-sales technical support, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also requires regular coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time and in line with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, OEM, institutional, and infrastructure sectors.
- Promote Yansa’s Power Quality solutions through technical presentations, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer challenges related to harmonics, power factor correction, reactive power compensation, and electrical system performance.
- Work closely with the Application Engineering and Service teams to develop technical proposals, system
