Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Record, verify, and reconcile all financial transactions.
• Manage journal entries, ledgers, cash books, bank books, and general accounting records.
• Ensure proper documentation of vouchers, receipts, invoices, and supporting records.

Accounts Receivable & Payable Management
- Monitor vendor payments, reimbursements, and fund disbursements.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
- Ensure timely settlement of liabilities and receivables.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate financial analysis reports for management.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor departmental and project-wise expenditures against approved budgets.
