About the Role

We are looking for energetic and creative
Marketing Executives

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on camera, interacting with people, creating engaging content, and working with digital marketing platforms. Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in marketing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns

across various platforms.
- Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, CTR, and other key metrics.
- Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and audience research

.
- Take
customer/industry interviews and podcasts

.
- Participate in and create
Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other social media content

.
- Coordinate and assist with video shoots, content planning, scripting, and basic editing.




- Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns and performance marketing.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Work with the sales and business teams to understand campaign requirements and lead quality.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Experiment with new content formats, ad creatives, audiences, and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience

in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
- Good understanding of
Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, and digital marketing

.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera

.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
- Basic understanding of
performance marketing metrics and analytics

.
- Willingness to participate in interviews, podcasts, shoots, and other marketing activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enviro
