Role & responsibilities
- Design and development of High-Torque gearbox for various applications.
- Support various NPDs and productivity improvements projects
- Contribute to sales support by assisting with technical responses to customer enquiries, bridging engineering expertise with customer needs.
- Providing endtoend support across assembly, testing, manufacturing, and quality functions to ensure exact, reliable, and productionready gear solutions.

Localizing designs to meet regional standards, coordinating closely with the German engineering team on specifications and improvements, and supporting both local and global customer orders with technical accuracy and timely delivery

Preferred candidate profile

Lead Engineering Projects: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of

VRM gearbox.

• Team Management: Supervise a team of engineers and ensuring efficient workflow and

adherence to project timelines.

• Technical Expertise:



Provide technical guidance and support for complex engineering

challenges related to industrial gearboxes.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions

without compromising quality.

• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures in engineering to ensure products meet

industry standards and customer requirements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production, procurement, and

sales, to align engineering efforts with company goals.

• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

and improve product performance.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of engineering processes, project progress,

and final outcomes.
