Role Description
The Executive Search Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for physician positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and presenting qualified profiles to healthcare employers. The consultant will build and maintain relationships with doctors and client organizations,



understand hiring needs, and provide consultative guidance on talent strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, following up with candidates and clients, maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. The role also includes market research on healthcare recruitment trends, participation in networking activities, and close collaboration with internal team members to meet placement targets and client expectations.
