Most customers do not need endless options. They need someone who can guide them clearly and help them make the right decision quickly.

This internship exists to help build a solid sales pipeline by ensuring:

* Every lead gets a quick response

* Every customer interaction is handled professionally

* Follow-ups are consistent

* Customer trust is built through clarity and responsiveness

This is not a passive internship.

You will work directly on customer conversations, sales follow-ups, and occupancy-driven targets.

Your mandate is clear

* Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries

* Speak to students and parents over calls and WhatsApp

* Follow up consistently until closure





* Recommend suitable properties based on customer needs

* Maintain proper lead updates in CRM

* Contribute towards occupancy and bookings

This role is designed to give hands-on exposure to real sales and customer conversion.
