About the Role

We're looking for a
Technical Lead
who thrives in a fast-paced product engineering setting and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges.

This isn't a role for someone who simply delivers features. We're looking for a technical leader who can architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, make pragmatic technology decisions and own products throughout their lifecycle.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Data teams to build resilient, scalable and high-quality software that delivers measurable customer impact.

What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions.
- Own features end-to-end—from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Lead engineering best practices across design, coding standards, testing, CI/CD and code reviews.
- Mentor engineers through technical coaching, architecture discussions and hands-on problem solving.
- Build and improve modern full-stack applications using scalable engineering practices.
- Partner with Product,



QA and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
- Use production telemetry, metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve system performance and reliability.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years
of software engineering experience in product or technology organizations.
- Strong experience designing scalable full-stack applications.
- Expertise in
React, TypeScript
and modern frontend development.
- Strong backend architecture and API design experience.
- Hands-on experience with
AWS or GCP
, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design and engineering best practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions.
- Passion for building reliable, high-quality software that solves real customer problems.
