We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who understands social media beyond simply posting content. We need someone who knows how to plan campaigns, run paid advertisements, analyze performance, optimize budgets, and generate measurable results.

Our primary focus for this position is Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing, especially Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing
- *Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.*




- *Manage and grow social media accounts for Ethical Den and its clients.*
- *Plan content calendars and coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members.*
- *Understand audience behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.*
- *Monitor social media performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data.*

Meta Ads and Performance Marketing

This is one of the most important responsibilities of the role.
- Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Work confidently with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Build campaigns for lead generation, conversions, website traffic, engagement, awareness, remarketing, and other business objectives.
- Develop appropriate campaign structures, audience strategies, placements, budgets, and bidding approaches.
