Executive - Ground Maintenance Operations is responsible for supporting the productive and effective execution of airside ground maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities of Role
Support Airside Ground Maintenance Operations: Assist in executing daily maintenance operations, ensuring that all airside areas, including runways, taxiways, and other critical infrastructure, are in optimal condition.
Help in planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations.
Record Keeping: Record and maintain accurate data on runway surface conditions and maintenance activities ensuring high level of accuracy and precision.
Contribute to the analysis of collected data regarding runway surface conditions and maintenance effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
Emergency Response Preparedness: Participate in trainings for emergency response protocols related to hazardous material spills and other safety incidents.
Support emergency response efforts during incidents, following established procedures and protocols.
Compliance and Safety: Follow all safety and regulatory procedures to ensure compliance with airside ground operations and best practices.
Promote a culture of safety among team members, encouraging adherence to safety protocols and reporting unsafe conditions.
