Job Description

* Handle all Import & Export documentation independently.

* Prepare, verify, and maintain import/export-related documents accurately.

* Manage shipment documentation and compliance processes.

* Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and other external stakeholders.

* Ensure timely completion and submission of required shipping and export/import documents.

* Monitor shipment status and resolve documentation-related issues.

* Ensure compliance with applicable export/import procedures and company policies.





* Maintain proper records of all import/export documentation and transactions.

* Follow up with relevant teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.

* Stay updated on export/import documentation requirements and procedures.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of Import & Export procedures.

* Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.

* Good coordination and communication skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
