About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to help architect, build, and scale the next generation of our core platform. This role requires a strong engineering foundation, deep technical expertise, and the ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions in a rapid-moving environment.

You will work across backend systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and application architecture, collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will also play a key role in establishing engineering best practices, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & System Design
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems.
- Drive architectural decisions for backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and design patterns based on business and technical requirements.




- Lead technical design reviews and create architecture documentation for critical systems.
- Ensure systems are built with scalability, fault tolerance, observability, and security as first-class concerns.

Software Development
- Build and maintain high-performance applications and services using modern engineering practices.
- Write clean, modular, testable, and production-grade code.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering standards across the team.

Cloud & Infrastructure
- Design and manage cloud-native solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Improve infrastructure reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and automation.
