Details of Qualification, Experience & Age for the above post are as follows:
- Qualification: Full time B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical discipline from a recognized college/university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years for Grade F post qualification experience in Mechanical Maintenance Department of a large Fertilizer Complex or Petrochemical Complex as on 31.07.2026
- Age Limit: Not more than 42 years for Grade F as on 31.07.2026

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting plant sectional head to effectively execute all plant maintenance functions

2. Development & execution of preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance program & activities

3. Maintenance of capital/revenue budget and cost monitoring

4. Planning and timely execution of annual shutdowns

5. Planning & execution of approved modification schemes/new schemes/projects etc.

6. Review/approval of vendor submitted documents after equipment PO placement such as QAP, fabrication drawings, WPS/PQR etc.

7. Coordination for supporting services (automobile shop, mechanical workshop, inspection deptt, materials deptt etc.), supply vendors, service contractors, statutory authorities & external agencies.

8. Compliance of Statutory requirements & safety rules

9. Conduct/arrange/monitor RLA
