We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the overall success of the organization by planning, managing & monitoring engineering functions. You will be responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets & timelines and making any necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion

Your responsibilities:
- Lead & supervise a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify & create solutions to technical problems
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Coordinate and direct projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Analyse technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Direct, review, and approve product design and changes
- Recruit employees; assign, direct,



and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.
- Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally

Skill sets/Experience we require:
- 12 plus years of engineering experience in a management role
- Analytical and mathematical mindset, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems
- Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
- Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track
