Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit professional to join our team at GMR Aero Towers, Shamshabad. The candidate should have strong exposure to Internal Audit post-qualification experience of 2–3 years. The role involves evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and supporting process improvements across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across various business processes and functions
- Evaluate internal control systems and identify control weaknesses
- Assist in risk assessment and development of audit plans
- Perform compliance checks with applicable laws, policies, and procedures
- Review financial and operational records for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations
- Follow up on audit observations and track corrective actions




- Support process improvement initiatives across departments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during audit execution
- Ensure adherence to internal audit standards and organizational policies

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Internal Audit processes and risk management
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Robust documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and audit tools (preferred)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments

Eligibility Criteria:
- Chartered Accountant (Qualified )
- 2–3 years post-qualification experience in Internal Audit
