Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive cum Receptionist will be responsible for managing the hospital/clinic reception, welcoming and assisting patients and visitors, handling appointments and calls, coordinating with doctors and departments, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. The role also involves maintaining patient relationships, follow-up coordination, and supporting day-to-day front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, attendants, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception/front desk and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, WhatsApp enquiries, and other communication.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Coordinate patient appointments with doctors and concerned departments.
- Register patients and maintain accurate patient records and basic documentation.
- Provide patients with information regarding consultations, procedures, services, timings, and general hospital facilities.




- Attend to patient enquiries and resolve routine concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, patient coordinators, accounts, and other departments for smooth patient service.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, procedures, and post-consultation requirements as instructed.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective patients.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally and escalate responsible issues to the concerned manager.
- Assist in patient counselling/coordination by providing basic information and directing patients to the appropriate department/person.
- Maintain daily appointment schedules and front-office reports.
- Coordinate with patients regarding reminders, confirmations, and follow-up visits.
- Support billing/payment coordination and direct patients to the accounts department when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital
