Job Purpose

To lead and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) by ensuring that all products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. The Quality Manager is responsible for driving a zero-defect culture, ensuring compliance with group procedures, ISO/IATF standards and customer-specific requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting operational excellence through robust quality planning, process control, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.





Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance with Quality Management Systems
- Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, applicable customer-specific requirements (CSRs), and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation are effectively deployed and adhered to across all functions.

Achieve Customer Quality Excellence
- Lead initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed customer quality objectives, including PPM targets, warranty performance, customer complaints, customer scorecards, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Drive proactive actions to reduce quality issues, improve first-time-right performance, and strengthen customer confidence.
