About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Sales Manager – EdTech & Educational Products to lead sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing current markets, expanding the distributor and institutional network, and promoting educational and EdTech-related products. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, channel sales, product marketing, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

· Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners.

· Generate business from schools, colleges, coaching institutes, government departments, corporate organizations,



and stationery retailers.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

· Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

· Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports.

· Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

· Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Plan promotional campaigns, dealer meets, and product awareness activities.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.

· Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team for timely collections.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities using CRM or sales reports.

· Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining profitability.
